Nondorf Out, Marthers In. Also, Dr. J has a new title

Paul Marthers
This just in — the new Vice President for Enrollment has been announced: Dr. Paul Marthers. Hailing from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, he received his Ed.D from UPenn. As Dean of Admission at Reed, he reached record numbers of applicants, and Dr. Jackon’s email (full text below) expresses similar high hopes for RPI.
Also of interest is that Dr. Jackson’s title on the text now includes Professor of Engineering Sciences. We think that due to the reduction in force she had to pick up a little slack and teach an extra class… or not.

This is good stuff…I called it…Dr. J and crue were going to fill these positions up expediently but after a thorough review…talented crop of recruits…wait till Dean of Science is announced…and then a quick swoop for Humanitees…
You almost have to wonder why he’s moved around so much. Hopefully it’s just that he’s so good, he keeps getting promoted?
Can somebody explain to me where the professor titles for Pres. Jackson come from? That’s always confused me.
