Don't tell Michelle!

Watch out, because here comes Dr. Jackson!  Check out this quote from the Times Union.

President Barack Obama announced this morning that Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute president Shirley Ann Jackson will serve on his Council of Advisors in Science and Technology.

Obama made the announcement this morning as he addressed the National Academies of Science in Washington.

Don’t get your hopes up — this council only meets once every couple of months!  She’ll still be around here.

RPInsider applaud’s Obama’s choice of a subatomic explorer to be on this Council.  We hope she’ll explore a new way to solving the nation’s problems!

Now we can only hope that DCist starts a Shirley-tracker so we can keep tabs on her when she’s away.  Somebody’s got to!

Shouldn’t they be looking for an explorer somewhere else? All they are getting here is a transformer.
